Tuition for Full Sessions
Tuition for session classes is based onthe number of weeks in the session times $15 per 90 minute class. It is not based on attendance. Making up for missed classes during the session enrolled is encouraged. [See below for drop-in fees.}

A 50% Discount will be given on the second class tuition if an individual student enrolls in more than one yoga class per session.
Beginning Classes: Recommended for students new to yoga. This class introduces basic poses, principles of correct alignment and posture, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breath awareness. Essential fundamental yoga concepts, terms, and traditions will be touched on that will greatly aid students in developing a clear understanding as the intent and practice of Yoga.
Mixed Classes: Adapted for beginning and continuing students. Experienced Classes: For continuing students with three or more years experience in yoga and have established a personal practice outside of class time in postures, breathing, and sitting. Teacher recommendation is required.
Experienced: For continuing students with three or more years experience in yoga and have established a personal practice outside of class in postures, breathing, and
sitting.
Meditation training: For people wishing to learn the principles of mindfulness meditation. No yoga poses are practiced other than sitting.
Gentle\Therapy: An appropriately paced, on-going class for people who are hesitant to try yoga due to stiffness or other health issues. Prenatal Yoga is for women in all stage of pregnancy. The classes includes postures that create strength, stamina,
ease, and relaxation throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Suitable for both beginning and continuingstudents. Fees adjusted for due dates.
Group Meditation: There is no formal instruction during the one hour group sits and no fees. Participants should already be practicing meditation. Vipassana is the basis for this sit but all meditators are welcome. Blankets are available for sitting, but zafu or any extra cushions can be brought.

Drop-In Classes: For students with shifting work schedules, this class is designed for those of beginning and mixed level wanting to focus on their asana practice while learning rudimentary Yoga concepts.
[Drop-ins are allowed in session classes if space is available. Cost is $17.]
Out-of-town or occasional drop-in visitors are welcome at any time at the appropriate level class. Experience in yoga is necessary to drop-in any classes except the Beginning Yoga class. Please call or email the class you would like to attend so we can notify the teacher.
